"Cute Ideas"...

Cute idea for a bed skirt...this is a very casual, minimal sewing skills involved project.  You do need a sewing  machine to finish the ends, {instead of using a hem}.  Tide the corners with an elegant baseball stitching ribbon and voila...done!

Don't have much time to blog today...on my way to an all day designer's seminar.  We get updated on the latest news of furniture, fabrics, window treatments, fashion, etc.  Here's a pick for this coming summer, looks so girly girl...love it

"Kid's Corner"...

It's been a while since I blog about kid's room decorating.  I completly fell in love with this camp cabin fever style.  I adore the srong bold color red mixed with natural pine furniture, very rugged!  It's so funtional because of the space planning.  The addition of the bunk beds is a great idea because it leaves room for other furniture.  My favorite piece is the closet doors.  How many times we have children's writing on the walls,  well, this awesome big chalk board is just brilliant!

Just starting to draft a new design for lampshades with above yellow and red fabric.  I normally mix or combined pattern with another textile of a small print.  Will post for Sale on ETSY when we finish them.

"Such Beautiful Weather"...

Here in Palm Beach, the weather is turning a bit windy, in preparation for Spring.  If you are by the beach, you can smell the fresh air of the ocean.  You can also admire the turquoise waters and their ripple sound effect.
